The Newburgh House was our first acquisition. This property is a section 8 rental with a long term resident. Rents were under market by over $300. Our business plan was to replace the roof, stabilize the foundation, upgrade the front porch, and upgrade the interior with LVP floors. We would then push rents to market value over time.
