Tanner Geiger

Founder

Tanner is a Buffalo, NY native who grew up loving the outdoors and learning about real estate from his grandpa. He saw the value owning real estate brought and the opportunity it can provide to live a life traveling and exploring the outdoors. Tanner became a Realtor in 2020 and began investing in rental properties in 2022. With a vision for building something meaningful, Tanner left his Civil Engineering job and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2025 to go all in on real estate investing. Tanner’s skill set in underwritting, communication and leveraging connections provides value and expedite stabilizing timelines which improve both resident relations and investor success.
